Coarse Wheat Bran is an easy way to add important dietary fiber to your diet. Also called Miller's Bran, it is approximately 80% insoluble & 20% soluble fiber.
The multilayered outer coating of the whole wheat kernel, our bran has not been heated, steamed, cooked, or altered in any way.
Suggested Uses:

Replace 1/4 cup flour with 1/4 cup bran in your favorite recipes

Mix 1/4 cup bran into hot cereals, applesauce, gravies, soups, meatloaf, or casseroles.
