In 2017, whilst reviewing parcels of stock from 2007 and 2008, our Master Distiller Billy Walker was so delighted by the balance and depth of the samples that he immediately decided to add a younger expression to our core range. Following in the footsteps of its acclaimed predecessors, most notably Batch 4 which was awarded Worlds Best Single Malt at the World

Following in the footsteps of its acclaimed predecessors, most notably Batch 4 which was awarded ‘World’s Best Single Malt’ at the World Whiskies Awards 2021, we are pleased to introduce our latest release. The GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 8 is a marriage of whisky from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons, along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. The resulting liquid is rich with sweet spices, tangy orange and indulgent mocha.
